Privacy Policy

The short version

You can read everything on this site without giving us anything. The contact form is the only place that asks for personal data, and we only hold what you type into it. We do not sell it, we do not share it for marketing, and you can have it deleted by asking.

What we collect

Enquiries

When you use the contact form we receive what you type: your name, email address, and — if you fill them in — organisation, role, the offering you are interested in, audience size, timeline, and your message. It is used to answer you and to scope the work, and for nothing else. There is no mailing list to be added to.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard request logs, including IP addresses. The enquiry endpoint briefly keeps a count of recent submissions per IP address so the form can be rate limited against automated abuse. That count is held in memory and is not retained.

Lesson progress

Ticking off lessons on a learning path stores your progress in your own browser using localStorage. It never reaches our servers, it is not linked to any identifier, and clearing your browser data erases it.

What we do not do

• No user accounts, so no password or profile data exists.
• No advertising trackers, ad pixels, or cross-site profiling.
• No selling, renting, or trading of personal data. Ever.
• No sharing of your enquiry with anyone outside the people answering it.

Who processes data on our behalf

• Resend, or a webhook to our own systems — delivering enquiry form submissions to us.
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery, which involves standard server logs.

Some of these providers operate outside India, so data may be processed abroad. Each is used only for the purpose listed.

Embedded content

Pages may embed or link to YouTube videos, GitHub repositories, and other external sites. Once you follow a link or load an embed, that service's own privacy policy applies and we have no control over what it collects.

How long we keep things

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick up a returning thread. Ask and we will delete yours sooner.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email contact@aianytime.netand we will act on it — no form to fill in. Depending on where you live you may also have rights under the GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act; we will honour those requests regardless of where you are.

Children

This site is aimed at engineers, students, and educators. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us data, email us and it will be removed.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version history, so if the specifics matter to you, save a copy.
