Before you send it
What happens after I send an enquiry?
You get a written reply within two working days containing scope, format options, and price. If the brief is clear enough, that is a proposal you can take to procurement; if not, the reply asks the two or three questions needed to write one.
Do I need to book a discovery call first?
No. Most engagements are scoped over email from the brief in this form. A call is offered when the requirement is genuinely unclear, not as a gate.
What information should I include?
The format you want, who the audience is and how many of them, whether it is online or on site, and the window you are working with. Anything that must be covered — a syllabus, a specific stack, an accreditation requirement — helps.
Do you work with organisations outside India?
Yes. Online delivery runs anywhere; on-site engagements outside India are arranged where the engagement covers travel. Sessions are scheduled to your timezone, not ours.
Can I ask a technical question instead of booking something?
Office Hours and the Discord community are the better routes for that, and both are free. This form is for engagements — it goes to a queue that is checked for proposals rather than support.
How is my information handled?
It is used to reply to your enquiry and nothing else. There is no mailing list, and it is never shared or sold. Ask and it will be deleted.
